Greenbrier Terrace is 90 lot community in Hanford, CA, the client requested 4 models be decorated in varies styles with a mature audience in mind as well as appealing to different cultures with larger families in mind. I started by using brighter colors in the master and secondary bedrooms and staying a little bit more neutral in the common areas. I made sure to incorporate lots of comfy seating, as well as chairs at the dining table and counter that could be pulled into the living room for more seating. I chose furniture that was cost effective and attainable for buyers once they moved into their new home. With the bigger pieces that were neutral I used pillows, rugs and art add much needed pops of color throughout the houses and to coordinate with the brighter colors featured in the bedrooms.
