The concept of this row house was wood and metal, adding a little bit of masculinity to the design but still making the house feel welcoming to everyone. I chose the leather statement chairs as my jumping off point, with the shape of the chair and color of the leather they gave off this great masculine vibe that I was going for. I coordinated that with a great wood dining table, brought in some brass accents to add dimension and brought in a beautiful metal coffee table on casters to keep with theme. The pop of color was brought in through the rug, the mix of earth tones, with the wood and leather of the room matched perfectly with it, and it added a nice pop of red. I continued the colorful theme by having fun with color in the kids rooms upstairs, using vertical stripped wallpaper to accent the height of the ceilings in both rooms while pulling out the dominant color out of both wallpapers and making that the accent color for the rest of the rooms in the bedding and decor
