This home had a completely open concept first floor and you could see every vantage point when you walked inside so the furnishings need to flow well together and needed more of a formal feel. Budget friendly LVP was chosen for the entire first floor, I added straight lines to the furnishings by doing a more formal sofa and sitting chairs but juxtaposed that by doing a little less formal round dining table with skirted dining chairs. To help make this room feel approachable I did entire feature wall of rustic wood planks that bring a lot of warmth and character to the space. Moving to the second floor, I did more playful kids rooms, adding minimal furniture so that there was plenty of floor space for some time on the plush carpet with a favorite toy or two. The master, I created a serene retreat with plenty of storage options with a large dresser and nightstands for storage, plush some X benches at the end of the bed to put on shoes.
