Stone creek was a 129 lot community in Atwater California, the client asked for four models to be furnished from top to bottom for future clients to come by and look through. The buyers were going to be mature, with young families and attracted to bright colors with more traditional furnishings. So I decided that each of the four homes would have a dominate color that would be used throughout each home. The furniture pieces I used were cost effective so if the buyers wanted to recreate any of the looks, they would be able to once they purchased a home. Two of the homes had brought back formal dining rooms, so I made the transition by doing a little bit more upscale furnishings in the formal dining room and more relaxed furnishings in the breakfast areas. Overall with this project, I styled four homes in four distinct styles to appeal to a large number of potential buyers and truly show the potential of these homes.
